Gifford Youth Activity Center - MBV Engineering was contracted to provide civil engineering for a 37.2 acre county owned Recreation Center with playground, multi-purpose and ball fields, concession stands, restroom facilities, a 14,289 SF building, adult and children's swimming pools, and a 1,457 SF guard house with all associated utilities, stormwater, parking, and landscaping. Additionally, we provided structural engineering services for a 6,133 SF pool house and pool deck, all site permitting, site inspection and certification.
