Pirkle & Chapman - MBV Engineering was contracted to provide civil and environmental engineering for a 12,000 SF building on 1.62 acres within the City of
Sebastian, including all site permitting, construction progression inspections, and construction certification for certificate of occupancy. MBV Engineering, Inc. also provided the environmental consulting, including soils study, hydrologic study, flora and fauna study, protected species study including a specific study for gopher tortoises, and wetland determination.
