DRS Technologies
Project Description: A 35,400 sq.ft. Hi-Tech office building on a 9 acre parcel located on U.S. 1. The building was a renovation to an existing abandon warehouse operation. The site and building improvements were a welcomed upgrade from what was a long standing eye sore.
Services performed: Site engineering and permitting, landscape design, and construction inspection. Permit Coordination with the City of Palm Bay Land Development, SJRWMD, FDEP and FDOT. |

Barber Street Sports Complex
Project Description: A 13.2 acre site complete with concession, restroom, maintenance and broadcast building; pavilion; a multi-purpose field; baseball fields; basketball courts; and a skateboard park. All site engineering consultant and design services were donated to the City by MBV. The only request for compensation to MBV was a special dedication.
Services performed: Site Engineering, Permitting and Construction Administration.
Permit Coordination with the City of Sebastian Building Dept., City of Sebastian Growth Management, SJRWMD, FDEP.

Hobby Town
Project Description: This project consists of a 8,086 sq.ft. hobby retail store with related parking, stormwater management system, utilities and required landscaping on a 0.87 acre parcel located on New Haven Avenue/State Road 192.
Services performed: Site engineering and permitting, landscape design, and construction inspection. Permit Coordination with City of West Melbourne & SJRWMD.

Palm Bay, I-95 Commerce Center
Project Description: A 27,600 sq.ft. multi-tenant office complex on a 2 acre parcel located on Culver Drive. The building was designed using the Palm Bay vernacular style to enhance the aesthetics while meeting the challenges of nestling a commercial site within a residential neighborhood community.
Services performed: Building design and permitting, structural engineering, site engineering and permitting, landscape design, and construction inspection. Permit Coordination with the City of Palm Bay Building Dept., City of Palm Bay Land Development, SJRWMD, FDEP.

Project Description: This project consists of a 25,468 sq.ft. construction supply retail store with related parking, stormwater management system, utilities and required landscaping on a 3.4 acre parcel located on New Haven Avenue/State Road 192.
