Sebastian River Landings

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

MBV Engineering, Inc. was contracted to provide civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration and inspection for a 207 lot single-family residential subdivision including all stormwater, utilities, and roadway design.

MBV Engineering, Inc. also provided the structural design for the bridge that connects Phase I to Phase II of Sebastian River Landings. Phase II of this subdivision included civil engineering design with permitting and construction administration and inspection for 189 single-family residential lots with all stormwater, utilities, and roadway design.
